VACANT HOME STAGING

STARTING AT $2500

Includes full furnishing of key rooms (living, dining, primary bedroom) with delivery, installation, and removal. Additional rooms and rental periods available.

DESIGN-LED STYLING SESSIONS

FLAT-RATE $250/SESSION (2HRS)

Perfect for listing photos, open houses, or small space refreshes. Includes light styling and on-the-spot enhancements using what you already have.

PRE-LISTING CONSULTATIONS

FLAT RATE $250

Includes a full walkthrough and detailed checklist of recommendations to help prepare your home for market.
